Terms and Conditions
- We kindly request a 25% advance payment at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- We humbly request that the remaining balance be settled at the time of check-in to ensure a seamless experience.
- Cancellation of Booking done more than 30 Days before the date of Check in , 70% of the amount would be refunded to the Customer. (Not for Peak Season)
- Cancellation of booking done more than 20 days and less than 30 days prior to the date of check in 45% amount would be refunded. (Not for Peak Season)
- Cancellation of booking done in less than or equal to 15 days prior to check in , no refund would be given. (Not for Peak Season)
- Cancellation/Refund of Any Tour will not be entertained during Peak Season. Rescheduling can be done in certain cases. If Cancellation of Some People of a Group then rescheduling will not possible of that some people & No Refund will be entertained. Peak Seasons are –
- 1st March to 5th June
- 12th August to 21st August
- 1st October to 15th November
- 15th December to 5th January
- 20th January to 31st January
7. We shall not be responsible for directly or indirectly due to Natural Hazards , Train Cancellations , Accident ,Break down of machinery or equipments , Breakdown of Transport , Weather, Sickness during travel ,Landslides , Political closures.
8. We shall not be responsible for any loss , injury or damage to person , property or otherwise in connection with any accomodation, transportation or other services , resulting – directly or indirectly from any act of GOD or any other causes beyond our control.
9. Carry your original identity proof (Voter Id & Aadhar ID) with 4 copies of Xerox.
